Hilton York Announces Opening Of Rose Within The Walls Pop-Up Gin Bar

Mason’s Gin and Hilton York have joined forces
Hilton York has announced the opening of Rose within the walls, a new pop-up gin bar developed in partnership with Yorkshire’s own Mason’s Gin.

Guests can enjoy a perfect serve of Mason’s Original Gin, Tea Edition Gin, Lavender Gin or one of their seasonal options, each paired with a mixer and garnish to deliver the best taste experience. Those who prefer their gin in a cocktail can choose from a bespoke menu of six gin cocktails, all made with Mason’s Gin.

Gin’s popularity cannot be overstated right now, so we decided to join with Mason’s Gin to open a pop-up bar to offer our guests, York visitors and locals, a fantastic gin experience.”
