HOSPITALITY AWARDS 2024
Thursday 5th September 2024, our inaugural HAY Hospitality Awards took place at the Radisson Hotel and celebrated the exceptional people working in our hotels.
There are many accolades that recognise the best hotels, or the managers and owners, the HAY awards acknowledge the passion, dedication and talent of the individuals and teams within our hotels.
Twelve categories were carefully chosen to make sure every employee could be represented. HAY member properties were invited to complete a nomination form and our panel of local expert judges narrowed down the entries and decided on the finalists and winners.
With thanks to an incredible amount of support from many partners and sponsors, we threw a fantastic event and crowned the HAY Hospitality Awards 2024 winners:

We were also delighted that our friends at York St John University awarded our Rising Star winner, Mariana Kachun, a scholarship for a degree of her choice. Mariana is a Ukrainian refugee and was due to start university in Ukraine before fleeing the country to escape the war.
A huge thank you to our awards committee, panel of judges, our many very generous sponsors and of course to our finalists and winners! It was a fantastic night and we’re already making plans for the 2025 awards.
